A refreshing and creamy peach smoothie made with ripe peaches, yogurt, and honey—perfect for a quick breakfast or healthy snack.
Ingredients
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
You can freeze peach slices beforehand to make the smoothie thicker.
